ABOUT TOM BENNETT DCH DHP CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPIST

I have as far as I can remember, had an interest in Hypnosis, more so the stage Hypnotist. I did not think when I was old enough to work, to train in Hypnosis and make it my profession, but still followed the subject with interest. I trained in other disciplines, Professionally qualified and have a wide and varied background, I suffered an injury in the early nineties which over a few years became progressively worse, and as a result ended in surgery. Whilst going through the spiral of going to Hospitals, I could not help but note the general suffering of people going through the system and the "There is nothing more that can be done for me" mentality, fed up, depressed and demoralized, with a feeling of no hope. I decided that I really wanted to help, and to that end I decided to train over a two and a half year period, with one of the best Hypnotherapy Trainers.

I trained with the Institute of clinical Hypnosis at Kings College, under Nicola Martin DCH DHP FICH, who is widely renowned and respected Hypnotherapist both in Britain and the USA. The intensive training involved a wide and varied range of presenting complaints from nailbiting to stress, panic attacks and phobias, to name but a few. I achieved a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis (DCH) and an advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) and have trained to Advanced Past Life Regression Level. I have also trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with Paul McKenna, Michael Breen and Dr Richard Bandler, to Master Practitioner level. I am fully registered through the General Hypnotherapy Register and The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and have The General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice.

I also have NHS and BUPA provider codes available on request.
