A POPULAR LIST OF FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can Anyone Be Hypnotised?

Yes anyone can be Hypnotised as long as they want to be. A Hypnotherapist cannot make you go into Hypnosis against your will, and you will always be asked if you want to be Hypnotised prior to the session.

Will I know what is happening?

For the most part the answer is yes. Hypnosis brings about a heightened state of awareness through your sub conscious mind.

Will I remember what happened during Hypnosis?

Sometimes you may not remember all but just remember parts, as you may drift off somewhere else during the session, and this does not matter as the sub conscious picks up on all that is going on and acts upon it accordingly.

Will I lose control?

No you will not, you will be in control at all times, the Hypnotherapist does not have control over you, and you always retain selective thinking.

Is Hypnosis dangerous?

No you are perfectly safe, Hypnosis is a naturally occurring process, which we all go into everyday without even realising.

What is being in a Hypnotic trance like?

It's like being in a very cosy state of total relaxation, or you can imagine reading a book and totally lose yourself in it, and the world just goes on around you, but you are not concerned, that's a form of Hypnosis.

Will I be forced to accept suggestions?

Absolutely not, your sub conscious mind would not accept improper suggestions that go against your morals or beliefs. A fully qualified registered Hypnotherapist would not make this type of suggestion, it would go against the code of ethics.
